Role Description

We are seeking a full-time seasonal Retail Sales Specialist in Warren, VT. In this role, you’ll assist customers with product inquiries, provide exceptional service, manage sales transactions, and help maintain an inviting store environment. You’ll also stay up-to-date on our product offerings and contribute to overall store goals. This is a full-time, seasonal position from November through March, including weekends. After March 2026, hours will adjust with customer traffic. For the right person, this role has the potential to become a permanent, year-round position.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Retail sales experience and knowledge of ski industry merchandise and apparel
• Passion for skiing is a major plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Team-oriented mindset
