Overview:

Alpine Options is looking to add the right person to our ski boot fitting team! Join a strong crew of experienced boot fitters to start, grow, or continue your boot fitting craft. Our team handles new boot sales, custom footbeds, boot modifications, junior lease ski & boot fittings, and ski sales. With an appointment-based system, you’ll have the time to focus on each customer, helping them find the right fit and setup based on their needs. Our expertise includes footbed fabrication, boot stretching and grinding, stance analysis, canting, and custom liners. Boot fitting is a unique blend of problem-solving, craftsmanship, and science. The relationships and trust built through this process create lasting customer connections and repeat business.  We are looking for seasonal full-time boot fitter apprentice and a senior boot fitter.

Boot Fitter Apprentice Requirements:

  • Avid snow sports enthusiast
  • Excellent people, listening, and communication skills
  • Interest in learning to educate customers during the fitting process
  • Attention to detail and timely task completion
  • Team collaboration on customer solutions, product line-ups, latest technology, and best practices
  • Comfortable working with tools
  • Ski shop or retail experience preferred
  • Availability on weekends and holidays

Senior Boot Fitter Requirements:

  • Avid snow sports enthusiast
  • Excellent people, listening, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to educate customers during the fitting process
  • Team collaboration on customer solutions, product line-ups, latest technology, and best practices
  • 5+ years of boot fitting experience
  • Skilled in custom footbed fabrication
  • Availability on weekends and holidays

Pay Range:

  • Apprentice Boot Fitter: $20–$25/hour
  • 5+ Years Experienced Boot Fitter: $25–$30/hour
  • 10+ Years Experienced or CPED-Certified Boot Fitter: $30–$35/hour
