Ski Binding Technician: Full Time and Part Time Seasonal

The primary responsibilities of this position are ski binding installation, system testing and equipment repairs. Prior ski shop experience and /or strong skiing background preferred. Training available.

• Install, adjust, test all industry alpine, touring and telemark ski/boot/binding systems.
• Prior experience working with hand tools.
• Maintain accurate records on any ski binding adjustments.
• Assist in taking in and evaluating service work, ski tuning and selling products on the sales floor.
• Communicate supply needs in a timely manner to the service center supervisor.
• Attending relevant product clinics and product presentations.
• Work closely with industry representatives.
• Able to work critical weekends and holiday weeks during winter season.
• Compensation based on experience. Starting rate $20/hour.
• Annual performance and compensation review.
