Ski Service Center Supervisor/Technician: Full Time/Year-Round

Applicant must possess advanced skill levels in ski tuning and binding installation. The primary responsibilities of this position are coordinating all facets of daily operations in our ski service department. In addition, the supervisor will be active in customer binding installation, ski tuning and general equipment repairs. Communicating with our service customers and assisting co-workers on the sales floor when needed.

• Able to install, adjust and test all industry alpine, touring and telemark ski/boot/binding systems.
• History and experience tuning skis and ability to adapt to a Wintersteiger Scout automated Ski Tuner.
• Schedule staffing for both ski tuning and binding installation.
• Forecast and order shop parts and supplies in a timely manner.
• Possess the experience, ability, and desire to cross train co-workers.
• Attending relevant product clinics and product presentations.
• Work closely with industry representatives.
• Off season will focus on preparing lease fleet, shop machinery and facility maintenance.
• Year-round position with 2 weeks paid vacation. Option to work seasonally.
• Able to work critical weekends and holiday weeks during winter season.
• Compensation based on experience. Starting rate $25.00/hour.
• Annual performance and compensation review.
