Ski Tuners: Full and Part Time Seasonal

The primary responsibilities of this position are to tune our customer’s skis to industry specifications utilizing state-of-the-art equipment. Prior ski shop experience and /or strong skiing background preferred. Training available. Daytime and/or evening hours available

• Duties include base repair, delamination repair, machine operation and final waxing.
• Experience working with hand tools helpful.
• Utilize Wintersteiger Scout Automated Ski Tuner.
• Assist in taking in and evaluating service work.
• Monitor demo fleet for tuning needs.
• Able to work weekends and holiday weeks during winter season.
• Compensation based on experience. Starting rate $20/hour.
• Annual performance and compensation review.
